These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made through the website archivesbylea.com between ARCHIVES BY LEA and any person making a purchase via the website (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

3. PRODUCTS

The products offered are vintage and second-hand items. As such, they may show signs of wear due to their age.

Each item is described and photographed with the utmost care to accurately reflect its condition. However:

  • Slight color differences may occur depending on screen settings.
  • Each item is cleaned and sent in proper condition.
  • A slight scent related to the age of the garment may remain.

By purchasing a vintage item, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the specific characteristics associated with this type of product.

4. AUTHENTICITY

All luxury items sold are authenticated prior to being listed for sale.

The store guarantees the authenticity of the products offered.

Any claim regarding authenticity must be made within 8 days of receiving the item.

5. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding shipping costs.

The store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

6. ORDERS

Any order placed on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the store.

7. PAYMENT

Payments are accepted via:

Transactions are secure.

Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

8. LIABILITY

The store shall not be held liable for:
