Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your selected items.As soon as your parcel is shipped, a second email will be sent to you with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

SHIPPING

Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• European Union: 3 to 5 business days
• Other destinations: delivery times vary depending on the country

Orders are shipped within 1 to 4 days after payment confirmation (excluding exceptional periods or force majeure).

We always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays caused by the carrier may occur and are beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in exceptional cases.

Any return request must be approved in advance by email. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered) to be eligible for a refund.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 days.
